About me

About twenty years ago, as a
former elementary teacher and calligrapher, I discovered the wonderful world of Silk Painting.
I love to draw and write, therefore, my silk scarves and wall art are very unique.
I choose playful, brightly colored, and abstract subjects. Some silks may contain a large word and the design is built around it. My favorite subjects
are the ocean, critters, flowers,
space, and the abstract.
I have also made banners, hoops, wall art, shawls, and lots of scarves.
I am willing to create commissions.
